Evoluciona Peru
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in all ceremonies, retreats, and services offered by Evoluciona Peru. By reserving or attending any of our offerings, you agree to the following:
1. Participation Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older to participate in any ceremony unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You agree to disclose any physical or mental health conditions, medications, or recent medical procedures prior to the session.
- Participation is entirely voluntary, and you are responsible for your own well-being during and after the ceremony.
2. Booking and Payment
- A reservation is confirmed only after full payment is received.
- All payments must be made in the accepted local or specified currency via approved channels.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the Participant:
- 7 or more days before the ceremony: Full refund (minus transaction fees).
- Less than 7 days before the ceremony: No refund. One-time reschedule permitted, subject to availability.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund, no reschedule.
Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule once, up to 48 hours before the session.
- Late rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellations by Evoluciona Peru:
- In the rare event that we must cancel a ceremony, you will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Health and Safety Disclaimer
- Evoluciona Peru offers non-medical, spiritual experiences based on ancestral practices.
- These sessions are not intended to replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
- You acknowledge that ceremonies involve emotional and physical intensity and assume all risks associated with your participation.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants agree to:
- Arrive on time and in a respectful, clear-minded state.
- Avoid alcohol, recreational drugs, and certain medications (as advised) for at least 48 hours prior.
- Treat facilitators, staff, and fellow participants with respect and confidentiality.
- Follow all guidance and ceremonial instructions provided during the session.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the ceremony without refund.
6. Liability Waiver
By participating, you release Evoluciona Peru and its facilitators from any liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared with us remains confidential and is used solely for the purpose of ensuring your safe and aligned participation in our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials shared before, during, or after the ceremony — including teachings, audio, written content, or practices — remain the intellectual property of Evoluciona Peru. You may not reproduce or distribute this material without permission.
9. Modifications
Evoluciona Peru reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our official communication channels and take effect immediately.
